European Car of the Year 2018, Volvo’s XC40, now available in Myanmar

Volvo has recently revealed their latest vehicle available for sale in the Myanmar market: the XC40 premium small SUV which was winner of the ‘European Car of the Year 2018’ award at the Geneva Motor Show. 

At the launch event held at Sedona Hotel, Volvo representatives revealed the Volvo XC40 which brings a ‘new standard of safety and user experience to the premium small SUV segment’.    

The XC40 features a City Safety system including steer assist which aids in the avoidance of low-speed accidents and steers the car away from other vehicles, pedestrians and road users. The Pilot Assist allows for the car to steer, accelerate and brake itself at speeds of up to 130km/h provided it is driving on a well-marked road.

The CleanZone climate control system installed in the XC40 can clean harful pollutants and particles from the air before entering the car through the air conditioning system.
