The Extraordinary Kakku Pagodas

Kekku Pagoda is an extraordinary complex of 2,400 ancient stuppas, each stuppa has be decorated with figures of angels, musicians, dancers, floral motifs and designs. The stuppas are estimated to date from the 16th century. Kekku Pagoda is located to the east of Inle Lake, two hours from Taunggyi, Shan State, Myanmar.
